Ascot Medical Group is a non-corporate Medical Centre providing General Practice and Family Health Services in your local area for 10 years with the same friendly staff.

Our team of experienced Doctors are dedicated in caring for your total health and practice preventative medicine.  Included in our staff is a talented female Doctor available for all Women's Health Services.

ASCOT MEDICAL GROUP will be closed permanently from July 31st 2026.

This decision has not been made lightly, and  we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust and support you have shown over the years.
It has been a privilege to be involved in your healthcare.

Continuity of Care
Your ongoing medical care is important. You may choose to transfer to another healthcare provider of your choice.

We will be continuing to practice from:
MetroGP located in Bull Creek, Telephone 93325556 and
Atwell Medical Centre in Atwell, Telephone 94987575.

Medical Records
Your medical records will be securely stored in accordance with legal requirements. They will be archived at another secure location, they are not destroyed.
If you would like a copy of your records to be transferred to another provider, please register with another Medical Practice and sign a consent form for the transfer of the medical records and they will submit a written request to Ascot Medical Group.
Please note that requests for records transfer can be made before the closure of the Practice and after phone calls will be answered at MetroGP for any enquiries, including transfer of medical records.
